Have these numbers been scrubbed for the Do Not Call List?
Our Web Portal Plan includes a way to filter out numbers that are flagged for the do not call list as of when they were compiled. However, if you are required to scrub DNC or cell phone numbers, you should register for a SAN and scrub the numbers yourself to be 100% compliant. We don’t make any DNC guarantees.
You are fully responsible for how you use the lists provided. Visit https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/ for more info or you can use a service like https://www.dnc.com that will scrub for you for a fee.
Will my unused data rollover?
Yes, as long as you have an active account with us. If your subscription expires due to non-payment or you cancel your subscription and your month runs out, you will no longer have access to the system to download the leads unless you sign up again and make another payment to start back up again.
How often is your data updated?
We run major updates quarterly and minor updates monthly.
How do you handle cancellations and refunds?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. All subscriptions are non-refundable and no pro-rated refunds will be given. Please be sure to cancel at least three business days before the end of your billing cycle. Once you cancel you will still be able to enjoy the benefits of your membership through the end of your subscription period. If you do not cancel at least three days prior to your renewal you may be billed and that charge will be non-refundable.
Can I resell this data?
No we do not offer resale rights, nor can you give it away. However, you can use the list for your company or business whenever and however else you see fit as long as you are compliant with government regulations.
What demographics are included in these lists?
How accurate is your data?
We estimate our data runs around the industry average of about 80-90%. In some areas it may run better or worse, but you should expect to have a reasonably accurate list.
If I download the same areas will I get duplicates?
As of now, when you download less leads from an area than are available in total, it will pull randomly from the total so you will likely get duplicates if you download again doing the same thing. We recommend downloading from smaller areas like zip codes or counties so you know you get all the data at one time.
