These lists are distributed by download. If you place order during normal business hours (M-F 8 am to 5:30 pm central time) you will receive the download link that same day. Orders placed outside normal business hours will receive their link the next business day. The lists are comma delimited .csv files. This is a common file format, compatible with lots of different software and dialers.

These lists contain a Do Not Call list marker as of their compilation date. According to FTC regulations, you should scrub against the DNC list on a monthly basis. It is your responsibility to stay up to date with DNC scrubbing of your lists. Telemarketers BEWARE: You must obey all state and national laws, including, but not limited to, scrubbing of state and/or national Do Not Call numbers.

IS THE DATA SCRUBBED FOR DNC NUMBERS?

We include all data that we have for the bulk list you’re purchasing. The targeted and cell phone USA lists have flags for known DNC numbers that you can use to filter. We do not make guarantees on DNC accuracy as numbers do change daily.

HOW OFTEN IS YOUR DATA UPDATED?

While our portal data is updated quarterly, our bulk list data is typically updated twice a year. Feel free to call and ask when the last update was if you have any questions.
