  1. No, these lists have NOT been scrubbed for against the DNC (Do Not Call) List.

  2. The lists are comma delimited .txt files. This is the same thing as a .csv file, and they can actually be re-named with a .csv extension if necessary.

  3. The lists come pre-sorted by area code and also by zip code. When you get your list it will contain separate files for each zip code as well as separate files for each area code. The lists can be sorted by city, and area code + prefix. In addition the business lists can be sorted by business type and business code.

  4. We only sell the lists by state, you can then use the included software to sort by city or area code + prefix. (We have already pre-sorted the lists by zip code and area code for you and include those files along with the entire state in one file)

  5. When you buy a single list for $239, you get your choice, either business or residential. If you want both, you have to purchase both.

  6. No demographics are available. The information available here is basically the same as what you would see in the white pages.

  7. You should be able to import the data into most dialer software. The comma delimited .txt file is a common format and will work with many applications.

  8. For information on how many numbers are in a particular state, see the state count page. For more specific counts, such as a city or area code, call us at 1-800-713-8353 or email us at sales@evs7.com

  9. The business lists contain business codes, but they are not SIC codes. The business codes can be used to sort the lists by for specific business types.

  10. The lists are updated yearly. You must purchase the list at full price each year to obtain the latest list.

  11. The lists can be opened in Excel through the Text Import Wizard. Keep in mind that Excel versions prior to 2007 had Row limit of 65,536, and 2007 and later have a limit of 1,048,576 rows. That means that you might not be able to open some area codes and/or states in Excel because of their size.
