The telephone lists are distributed on CD or can be downloaded. The U.S.A. business and residential lists are pre-sorted by zip code and area code. You also receive a file containing the entire state not sorted. A software tool (see below) is included that allows you to sort the lists by: city or area code and prefix. The business list can also be sorted by business code.

The Canadian lists are pre-sorted by the FSA - Forward Sortation Area (first 3 characters in the postal code), and area code, you can use the included software tool to sort by city, or area code + prefix. The Business list can also be sorted by business code.

The residential listings are of the White Page listings only. They do not contain unlisted numbers or cell phones. They also don't contain numbers that aren't published in the local directory such as for services such as Vonage.
